MCAP launches Einstein automatic adjudication solution on the Marlborough Stirling Canada Omiga platform

November 19, 2004 - Building on the success of the automatic adjudication of pre-approval mortgage applications, Ron Swift, President and CEO of MCAP Mortgage Corporation is pleased to announce the successful implementation of "Einstein" - the automated mortgage approval process that makes virtually instant approvals a reality for one of Canada's largest lenders through the mortgage broker community.

Working hand in hand with their technology partner Marlborough Stirling Canada, MCAP have leveraged the flexibility and robustness of the Omiga underwriting platform to further streamline the mortgage approval process and enhance broker productivity. Once again, Einstein's theory of relatively is put into practice and will make an excellent partner for the MCAP case tracking component, "Professor"!

"Brokers will see a real advantage with Einstein, allowing them to demonstrate to their clients their professionalism and speed in obtaining a response 24/7. Einstein will be phased in over the next few months to different mortgage brokerage houses across Canada", says Mr. Swift. "In today's market, fast responses can set brokers apart and we want to ensure that our broker partners are able to set the highest standards of service to their clients".

"Working with Marlborough Stirling Canada on this project has demonstrated to us their commitment to the financial services industry and has once again validated our decision to use their technology for our end-to-end processing," commented Mr. Swift.
